Congratulations on taking the step to get married! I am passionate about marriage equality and marched in the streets of Geelong along with a raft of other supporters of the LGBTQI community. It may have been a long-time coming, but we’ve now settled into same-sex weddings and I’m thrilled when I’m invited to play a role in a couple’s special day.
I’ve done small, intimate, elopement-style ceremonies right through to the big extravaganzas and they’ve all got the same thing in common, lots of LOVE whizzing around because, as we all know, love is love. WOOHOO, we found Sue, our lovely vivacious celebrant.
At our initial meeting Sue very quickly understood the type of wedding that would suit us. The thoroughness with which she prepared our ceremomy was meticulous and we were involved at every step.
She told our story with humour which caused lots of laughter from our guests. This set the scene for a fabulous evening. There were many favorable comments about how the ceremony was such a ‘good fit’ for us and how we found Sue? Word of mouth through our connections on the Bellarine and Surf Coast made it easy.
